Study on the Relationship between Lipoprotein (a) and Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨血清脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]水平与冠心病及冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法采用Judkins法或Am-platz法对330例胸痛或胸部不适的患者行冠状动脉造影,使用计算机辅助定量评价冠状动脉病变。所有病例于清晨空腹抽取静脉血5mL,进行血生化检查,从中获得Lp(a)。然后将所得结果进行统计学分析。结果冠心病组血清Lp(a)(275±122)mg/L明显高于对照组(203±117)mg/L(P<0.01);冠状动脉病变高积分组Lp(a)(290±106)mg/L和中等积分组Lp(a)(255±94)mg/L水平明显高于低积分组Lp(a)(255±94)mg/L(P<0.01或0.05)。结论血清Lp(a)水平是冠心病和冠状动脉病变严重程度的一个较好的预测指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between severity of coronary artery lesion and plasma level of lipoprotein Lp(a).Methods Three hundred and thirty patients with probable angina pectoris underwent coronary angiography were examined by quantitative coronary angiography analysis.Blood sample were collected and plasma level of Lp(a)was tested.Results Plasma Lp(a)in coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that of control group[(275±122)mg/L VS(203±117)mg/L](P0.01),Lp(a)levels in the higher and moderate coronary lesion scores were higher than that of low coronary lesion scores(P0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Plasma level of Lp(a)appeared to be a good predictor for coronary heart disease and lesion severity.
