摘要
目的已经发现鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)患者鼻咽部组织中NPC相关基因NGX6(nasopharyngeal carcinom a associatedgene6)与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)-C的表达有相关性。文中通过实验研究NPC发展过程中NGX6与VEGF-C的关系。方法利用Westernblot方法检测VEGF-C在转染NGX6的NPC细胞组和对照组中的表达,比较其差异。结果与空白载体转染的NPC细胞中表达的VEGF-C相比,转染NGX6的NPC细胞中VEGF-C表达下调。结论 NGX6可能对VEGF-C的表达存在着抑制作用,从而在肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥抑制作用。
Objective We have found that the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor-C（VEGF-C） have relationship with nasopharyngeal carcinoma associatedgene 6 （NGX6） in human Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma.To clarify the relationship with expression of VEGF-C and NGX6 by gene transfection.Methods The expression of VEGF-C was detected by Western blot in different groups and then was analysed.Results The expression of VEGF-C in the group transfected NGX6 was lower than other groups.Conclusion NGX6 can restrain the expression of VEGF-C protein and plays very important role in the course of restraint of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
