摘要
目的通过开展直流电场促进脊髓再生的实验研究,以证实其疗效并为临床提供依据。方法32只中国家犬随机分成4组,用Allen WD法致脊髓完全损伤,立即置入电刺激器。电刺激器由小型高容量电池(12V、6V)、电阻、纯银丝、医用人体硅胶管等构成。A组为对照组,8组12V电刺激组,C组6V电刺激组,D组为脊髓损伤后6小时置入12V电刺激组。观察各组伤后1、2、3个月神经功能、皮层体感诱发电位、神经元数量、神经元截面积和尼氏体密度恢复情况。结果电刺激组上述各项指标均优于同时期对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),特别是神经功能,能早期、更好的恢复。伤后1个月,B组即能行走,C、D组可站起。此外,B组优于D组,差异有显著性意义。结论直流电场确能有效地促进脊髓再生,但伤后6小时置入电刺激器的疗效比伤后立即置入电刺激器的疗效为差。
Objective To confirm the effectiveness of using direct current electric field to promotespinal cord regeneration. Methods 32 Chinese dogs were randomly divided into four groups. After thecomplete spinal cord injury models were produced by Allen WD method, the electric stimulators were appliedimmediately. The stimulator consisted of a miniature high capacity battery (12 V, 6V), resistance, pure silverwire, and silicon catheter. Group A served as normal controls (0 V), group B had 12 V electric stimulatorand group C 6V Although group D had 12 V, the stimularor was implanted into the body 6 hours afterspinal cord injury. The nerve function, cortical somatosensory evoked potential and three kinds of morpho-metric changes i. e. the number of neurons, the cross section area of the neurons and the recovery of thedensity of the Nissl's bodies, were observed at 1 to 3 months after injury. Results All the above men-tioned indexes in the electrical stimulated groups were much better than those in the control group (P<0.05or P<0.01). Especially, the neurological function recovery was much more rapid and better. At 1 monthafter striking, group A dogs still had complete paraplegia, but group B could walk steadily, and group C, Dcould stand. In addition, all indexes in group B were better than that in group D. Conclilsion The directcurrent electric field can effectively promote spinal cord regeneration. But, the therapeutic effectiveness wasmuch better when the stimulator was implanted earlier after the injury.
