汉防己甲素治疗急性脊髓损伤的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨汉防已甲素对完全性急性脊髓损伤的保护作用及意义。方法21只中国家犬随机分成2组,用Allen WD法致脊髓完全损伤。A组为对照组;B组汉防已甲素治疗组。观察各组伤后1、2、3个月神经功能、皮层体感诱发电位、神经元数量、神经元截面积和尼氏体密度恢复情况。结果B组上述各项指标均明显优于同时期A组(P<0.001),差异有显著性意义。结论汉防已甲素能改善脊髓微循环,减轻Ca2+的局部聚集,阻断脊髓组织继发性损伤,对脊髓损伤有保护作用,能促进神经功能早期、较好的恢复。 Objective In order to confirm the protective effection of using tetrandrine to treat spinal cord injury of dogs. Methods Twenty one Chinese dogs were randomly divided into two groups. The complete spinal cord injury models were caused by Allen WD method. Group A was normal control. Group B was treated by tetrandrine. The nerve function, cortical somatosensory evoked potential and three kinds morphometric changes were observed at 1 to 3 months after injury. Results All above mentioned indexes in the group B were much better than those in group A (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Tetrandrine can ameliorate the local microcirculation and reduce the calcium accumulation in damaged spinal cord. It can stop the continue damage of spinal cord, so that tetrandrine has the protective effection on injuried spinal cord and can accelerate neurological functional recovery.
