摘要
目的观察针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法随机将60例中风后吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合Vocastim-Master吞咽诊治仪治疗,对照组单纯进行Vocastim-Master吞咽诊治仪治疗。结果治疗组与对照组均能改善中风后吞咽障碍症状,但治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合Vocastim-Master吞咽诊治仪治疗更有助于中风后吞咽障碍患者的功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on post-stroke dysphagia.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture plus vocaSTIM-Master therapy and the control group,vocaSTIM？-Master therapy alone.Results Post-stroke dysphagia was improved in both treatment and control groups,but the clinical therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus vocaSTIM-Master therapy is more helpful in restoring the function in patients with post-stroke dysphagia.
