摘要
介绍了仿真软件AMESim的特点,利用AMESim仿真软件对液压破碎锤液压系统进行建模和仿真,分析了其工作参数对液压锤性能的影响,通过调节频率得到液压锤最优参数.仿真结果为以后液压锤的工程应用提供了理论参考.
In this study,the features of simulation software,i.e.AMESimTM,are first introduced.By using AMESimTM for modeling and simulating the hydraulic system of breaking hammers,the relevant working parameters are then analyzed on the performance of hydraulic hammers.Through frequency adjustment,the optimal parameters are next obtained.Finally,the simulation results can provide the theoretical references to industrial applications for hydraulic hammers.
