摘要
鲽形目鱼类经济价值较高,进化史悠久复杂,形态构造呈特殊的不对称性,分类系统备受关注但至今尚未统一。本文通过创建专项数据库、标准化数据索引和流程化分类学功能模块,将鲽形目分类阶元系统、分类检索表、序列比对搜索、DNA条码检索、分子系统树和分类参考资料等分类学信息研究的各要素有机地融为一体,实现了对传统分类特征与分子序列特征的信息集成、关联、分析和应用,阐明了将数据搜索、挖掘、分析和通用查询等综合应用于分类检索系统的方法,建立了一种特定阶元的分类系统软件开发模式,开发了鲽形目分类信息分析系统。
The taxonomy system of the order Pleuronectiformes has attracted great attention because of the economic importance and the extremely specialized asymmetric morphology of flatfishes, but remains unresolved for its long and complex evolution history as well as the complicated physical structure. Here we constructed an integrated information management system for taxonomic and molecular information of the order. By establishing a new process to deal with a comprehensive database, a standard compound-index and dynamic taxonomic function modular programming, several most important taxonomic study methods are bound together to Windows platform, including the taxonomy system, identification key, DNA barcoding system and molecular software tools for gene sequence analysis of molecular phylogeny. The aim of developing the program is to establish an easy-using and functional tool for excavation, association, analysis and application of exploration and research of taxonomic data, both for traditional morphological information and for gene sequence data. The program will be able to provide a new model for designation of taxonomic information of an assigned taxonomic category.
