摘要
EPAS是一个面向8～12年级学生的教育评价和职业规划体系，其评价目标、评价内容、评价方法、评价结果的使用，体现了考试评价的新理念，展示了考试机构应有的功能定位。构建我国的教育考试评价服务体系，应由强调甄别与选拔功能的考试转变为关注学生个体需求、促进学生全面发展的评价理念：在完善已有考试评价的基础上，构建多层次、全方位的考试评价服务体系。构建考试评价服务体系的重点是建立考试评价标准。
EPAS is an educational planning and assessment system to the students from grade 8 to grade 12. The system reflects the new idea about educational examination and assessment and show the functional place of the educational examination institution. In constructing China＇s educational examination and assessment system, we should change the idea from the selective examination to assessment, which pay more attention to students＇ individual needs and promote students＇ full-scale development. On the basis of improving the existing examinations, we could construct multi-layer and all-around examination and assessment system. The importance of constructing examination and assessment system is to establish examination assessment criterion.
