摘要
目的探讨血清胱抑素C（Cystatin C，Cyst）和血清肌酐（creatinine，Scr）联合检测对早期肾功能损害的应用价值。方法选择38例肾功能不全患者，20ml／（min·1．73m^2）≤GFR〈80ml／（min·1．73m^2）。50例健康对照者。应用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定CysC，碱性苦味酸法测定Scr。结果肾功能不全患者纽CysC、Set与健康对照组差异有显著性（P〈0．01），单独检测对肾功能不全组的阳性率为82％、71％。二者联合检测可将肾功能不全组诊断的阳性率提高到97％。结论血清CysC、Scr均能够反映肾小球的滤过功能，二者联合检测可提高对肾功能不全患者诊断的阳性率。
Objective To probe the importance of combined test of serum Cystatin C and creafinine applying in early nephridial function. Method select 38 patients of nephrosis, compared with 50 healthy persons. Apply latex boost the immune turbidimetric method to test CysC, and alkaline picric acid method to test Scr. Result there is distinct difference between CysC and Set of patients of nephrosis and healthy persons. The masculine rate of patients of nephrosis is 82% and 71%. The combined test can improve the rote to 97%. Conclusion serum Cystatin C and Scr can reflect the filter function of glomerular. The combined test can improve the masculine rate of diagnosis.
