体检人群同型半胱氨酸检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解长沙地区体检人群体内血清同型半胱氨(Hey)浓度水平和特点,分析讨论旨在引起对Hcy常规检测的重视。方法基于小分子捕获技术(SMT)的S-腺苷同型半胱氨酸的方法。结果341例人群血清Hcy浓度(μmol/L)43.25±19.23,71.26(243/341)的结果高于正常值5~15μmol/L水平,男性血清Hey浓度(μmol/L)48.97±20.52,女性Hcy浓度(μmoL/L)26.03±11.35,不同性别血清Hcy浓度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),随年龄的增加血清Hey浓度增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸是一个反映身体健康状况十分重要的指标,应像对待血压、血脂、血糖一样把它作为常规的预防筛选检测指标项目用于临床。 Objective Understand the concentrations and characteristics of serum homocysteine (Hey) among population taking physical examination in Changsha area. The analysis and discussion are for the purpose of calling the attention for the routine testing of Hey. Methods Capture technology, based on small molecules (SMT), S- adenosyl homocysteine method. Result 341 cases of human serum Hcy concentration(μmol/L) 43.25 ± 19.23,71.26 (243/341) of the result of higher than normal 5 - 15μmol/L level, Male serum Hcy concentration (μmol/L)48.97 ± 20.52, women serum Hcy concentration (μmol/L)26.03 ± 11.35, different gender differences in serum Hcy concentration was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), serum Hcy concentrations increase with age increased significantly The difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Homocysteine is a reflection of the importance of indicators of physical health should be treated like a blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose,it as a routine preventive screening test for clinical indicators for the project.
