Study on and Application of Power Supply Techniques for 10 kV Loop Networks

摘要 配电网采用环网结构、分段运行,是目前发展方向。双电源环网每条线路分3段的5组重合器供电方案,供电可靠性会更高,但该方案设备间的保护配合十分困难,向故障点多次短路冲击问题,一直未能很好地解决。文中提出解决这一问题的方法和运行经验,并总结了对单相接地故障段的选择或隔离,其方案具有较大的使用价值。 Looped network stracture under sectionalized operation is the current development trend on distribution systems. The scheme of double power sources with each line sectionalized into 3 sections and equipped 5 reclosers has been proved higher reliability. However,the coordination of protection among equipment is quite difficult,and problem of multiple short circuit surge to faulty apot has not yet been solved for this scheme. this paper presents a method for solving these problems and their operational experience, and suggests a scheme for sclecting and isola ting the single phase to ground fault,which keing proved valuable.
