配电网合环倒负荷安全分析系统的开发与研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对乌鲁木齐市复杂的配网结构和频繁停电倒负荷操作,开发了乌鲁木齐市配电网合环倒负荷安全分析系统。该系统将图形与数据库有效连接起来,使调度人员能够从图形上直接查询电网的相关信息,而且提供合环计算分析功能。通过拓扑分析,可以根据实时网络形成合环分析计算图,在接入SCADA实时系统后,可以采集实时监测数据进行合环分析计算,实时快速准确地辅助调度人员作出合环决策,具有工程应用参考价值。 In consideration of the complex structure and frequent operation of transferring load with supply-interruption of distribution network in Urumqi, the security analysis system of closed loop and transferring load for distribution network in Urumqi was developed. The system effectively links up the graph with the database, which was convenient for the dispatcher inquiring directly the relevant information of power network from the graph, and the system offered the function of the calculation and analysis for closed loop. The graph of analysis and calculation for closed loop was formed through topological analyzing, which was based on the real-time network, the calculation and analysis for closed loop carry through getting the real-time operation data from SCADA real-time system, the system can help dispatcher to make decision of the closed loop quickly and exactly, it has good reference value for engineering applications.
