摘要
研究了Ca及Ca、Sr复合加入对AS21镁合金显微组织的影响。AS21合金组织由α-Mg基体、Mg2Si相以及少量β-Mg17Al12相组成。Ca的加入使Mg2Si相由粗大汉字状转变为弥散分布的细小颗粒状。Ca的最佳加入量为0.25%,此时Mg2Si相尺寸由47μm减小到6μm。AS21-0.25Ca合金中加入0.1%Sr可以进一步改善Mg2Si相的形态,使其分布更加均匀弥散,尺寸减小为4μm。加入0.3%Sr时合金中出现新的针状MgCaSi三元相。
The effects of Ca and Sr addition on microstructure of AS21 magnesium alloy were studied. The main phases in the AS21 alloy are α-Mg matrix,Mg2Si and a small amount of β-Mg17Al12 phase. Addition of Ca succeeded in transforming the Mg2Si phase from the present dendritic morphology into small and well-distributed round particles. The average size of Mg2Si phase was reduced from 47 μm to 6 μm with the optimal Ca addition of 0.25%. The distribution of Mg2Si was more dispersed and the average size was reduced to 4 μm after adding 0.1% Sr into AS21-0.25Ca. When the addition of Sr reached 0.3%,a new needle-like MgCaSi ternary phase was observed.
