摘要
通过徒手切片和速测甘蔗含糖量方法,对黑皮果蔗不同茎节的显微结构与糖份含量之间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,果蔗不同茎节维管束面积与含糖量相关极显著,韧皮部面积与含糖量相关显著,且不同茎节间的糖份含量差异达到显著水平。本研究对探讨果蔗的蔗糖代谢和积累规律,提高果蔗产量和糖产量具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。
The study was about the correlation between microscopic structures and sugar contents of different stem internodes of Badila(Saccharum officinarum L.) by freehand section and quick measurement of sugar contents.The results showed that phloem area was associated with sugar contents,and vascular bundle area had significant positive correlation with sugar contents in Badila.Moreover,different stem internodes showed significant differences in their sugar contents.This paper had certain theoretical significance and practical values both in studying the law of surcrose metabolism and sugar accumulation and enhancing the output of chewing sugarcane and sugar.
