青皮木科的蒜头果是重要的木本油料植物资源,其仁富含油脂,油脂中含多种脂肪酸,含量最高的为顺-15-二十四碳烯酸,它是多数哺乳类动物脑苷脂白质的组成成分,其在植物体中含量较少,但在蒜头果仁油中含量很高,为人类脑生理学研究提供了方便。介绍了蒜头果仁油的研究进展,重点介绍了果仁油中重要脂肪酸顺-15-二十四碳烯酸的研究现况和应用开发前景。
Malania oleifera chun et Lee belonged to Olacaceae is an important resource of woody oil plants in our country.
