火麻仁冷榨油脂肪酸的GC-MS分析 被引量:7

摘要 分析5个不同产地的火麻仁油中脂肪酸组成及含量的差异。采用冷榨法直接榨取火麻仁中的油脂,进行甲酯化处理后,利用气相色谱–质谱联用技术分析和鉴定其组成及含量。火麻仁油中含有多种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高(89.85%~91.75%),且比例适中。广西火麻仁油中脂肪酸的组成及含量,与“云麻一号”稍有差别。研究结果为火麻仁油的开发和利用提供了参考。 The fatty acids component and content of hemp seed oil from 5 different regions were analysed. The heep seed oil was extracted by cold pressing method. The fatty acids in the hemp seed oil were esterified and then analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS). Hemp seed oil contained many kinds of fatty acids,especially the content of unsaturated fatty acids was higher (89.85%~91.75%),and the proportion was good. The component and content of fatty acids in hemp seed oil from Guangxi showed some differences to Yunma No.1. The results provided reference for further development and utilization of heep seed oil.
