摘要
目的:研究薤白的脂肪酸组成。方法:以石油醚为抽提剂,利用索氏提取法提取薤白中的脂肪酸,经甲酯化处理后,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术首次对薤白的脂肪酸成分进行分析和鉴定。结果:共分离出16种化合物,鉴定了其中的12种,占脂肪酸总量的93.868%。薤白中主要的脂肪酸成分是亚油酸(31.146%)、棕榈酸(17.898%)、油酸(17.471%)和谷甾醇(14.527%)。结论:亚油酸、棕榈酸、油酸和谷甾醇是薤白脂肪酸的主要药效成分,具有药用价值。
Objective:To investigate the fatty acids of Allium macrosttemon Bge.Methods The fatty acids of Allium macrosttemon Bge.were extracted by soxhlet extraction.The fatty acids were esterifed and then analyzed by GC-MS for the first time.Result:16 compounds have been found,and 12 of them have been identified,accounting for 93.868% of the total fatty acids.The main fatty acids components of Allium macrosttemon Bge.are:9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(31.146%),Hexadecanoic acid(17.898%),9-Octadecenoic acid(Z)-(17.471%)and gamma.-Sitosterol(14.527%).Conclusion:9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,Hexadecanoic acid,9-Octadecenoic acid(Z)-and gamma.-Sitosterol(14.527%) are the main constituents of the fatty acids of Allium macrosttemon Bge.which have a value for medical use.
