摘要
压力应对策略可以概括为两种:一种是为应对外部压力源所采取的适应性行为,另一种应对策略是为缓解压力所做的一系列措施。新疆高校少数民族教师职业压力较大,其应对策略呈现出一定的特点:能够积极的面对问题、主动地解决问题,但大多数教师缓解压力的具体策略仅限于休闲娱乐的方式。建议新疆高校少数民族教师调节成就动机水平,根据个人特点选择恰当的应对策略。
Coping strategies for pressure can be generalized as follows:one is the adaptable behavior to deal with the exterior pressure fountain;the other is a series of measures for reducing pressure. The ethnic minority teachers in Xinjiang College are under greater professional pressure. Their coping strategies show some characteristics:they can face the problems positively and solve them on their own initiative. But most teachers' strategies are limited to entertainment. In the paper the author puts forward some countermeasures for the mi- nority teachers in Xinjiang College:they should adjust their achievement motivation and choose appropriate coping strategies according to their personal character.
