摘要
奖金分配制度是医院管理的重要内容,其难点是如何解决质量与数量、效率与效益、社会责任与经济利益兼顾的问题。通过某院历经10年的实践,对医院奖金分配制度改革提出了自己的看法,并对以病人选医生作为量化考核基础,以内部审核作为工作质量考核的方式进行了阐述。
Bonus distribution system is one of the most important issues in hospital management. The difficulty of the system is how to balance the value of quality and quantity, efficiency and benefit as well as social duty and economic profit. In the past 10 years, we developed a relatively reasonable bonus system which has been satisfied by most staff in our hospital, which guided by the principle of "higher duty, higher risk, higher reward, higher punishment". The system consists of two parts of assessment: outer evaluation which based on doctors selected by patients; inner evaluation which aimed to assess the work quality.
