摘要
[目的]为壳聚糖及壳聚糖铜在农业中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]采用生长速率法测定了壳聚糖及壳聚糖铜对6种植物病原菌的抑菌效果,并建立了毒力回归方程,求出其有效抑制中浓度EC50。[结果]壳聚糖铜对棉花褐斑病菌、黄瓜灰霉病菌和棉花红腐病菌的抑制效果优于壳聚糖,壳聚糖对黄瓜镰刀病菌、凤尾兰炭疽病菌及辣椒根腐病菌的抑制效果优于壳聚糖铜。[结论]壳聚糖及壳聚糖铜均具有较好的抑菌活性,但根据植物病原菌对Cu(Ⅱ)的敏感性不同,应选择合适配比的壳聚糖铜。
[Objective]The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the application of chitosan and chitoan-Cu in agriculture.[Method] The antifungal activity of chitosan and chitosan-Cu against six plant pathogenic fungus was investigated by the growth rate method,and the regression equation was established and EC50 was calculated.[Result]The inhibitory effect of chitosan-Cu was superior to chitosan on Phyllosticicta gosspina,Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium moniliforme.The inhibitory effect of chitosan was superior to chitosan-Cu on Fusarium oxysporum,Collectotrichum agves and Fusarium solani.[Conclusion]Chitosan and chitosan-Cu had significant inhibitory effect.We should select the appropriate proportioning of chitosan-Cu according to the sensitivity of plant pathogenic fungus to Cu(Ⅱ).
