摘要
L3.3-3/150型氢气压缩机出口氢气的露点不能满足GBT7445—1995纯氢标准的要求,无法达到高端市场的要求,因此,利用分子筛吸附进行提纯技术改进。分子筛对水分子有较强的亲和力,它吸附氢气中的水分,使氢气露点温度td≤-52.1℃。改造后,出口氢气湿度达到了标准的要求。
The output dew point of hydrogen compressor L3.3-3/150 that can't satisfy the requirement of the GBT7445-1995 Pure Hydrogen Criterion,and can't meet the needs of high-end market,therefore,molecular sieve adsorption was used as an improvement to the purification technique,based on the molecular sieve had a stronger chemical affinity to molecule of water,which can absorb moisture from hydrogen,and lower the dew point temperature of hydric below-52.1℃.After restructure,the moisture of hydrogen-out port reached the standard requirement.
