摘要
目的:评价微创治疗脑出血对生活能力和运动功能恢复的影响。方法:将86例高血压脑出血患者随机分成治疗组(44例)和对照组(42例)。治疗组进行YL-l型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对高血压脑出血进行微创穿刺治疗,对照组常规外科手术治疗。观察两组患者在第2周和第8周的治疗效果,并分别进行Fugl-Miyer运动功能(FMA)及日常生活评价(ADL)能力评价。结果:两组按简化Fugl-Meye评分法和ADL的Brthel计数计分法评定,在治疗后第2周和第8周比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗8周后的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创穿刺治疗高血压脑出血具有创伤小、疗效好、并发症少、简便易行,适合推广。
Objective:To examine the effect of minimally invasive surgery in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on the outcomes of patients' life skills and motor function recovery. Methods:Eighty-six patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomized into treatment group(n=44) and controls(n=42). The treatment group were treated by model YL-l intracranial hematoma pulverization puncture and the controls were managed by conventional surgery. Patients in the two groups were observed at week 2 and 8,respectively,with evaluation regarding Fugl-Miyer motor function (FMA),Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL),competency assessment and therapeutic effect. Results:By simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,ADL and Barthel index,the two groups were significantly different at week 2 and 8(P0.05),but showed no difference after 8 weeks of treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Model YL-l intracranial hematoma pulverization puncture needle appears minimal invasion,good therapy,less complications and easy performance and worthy of wider use in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
