Application of Chinese medicine in tissue engineering for artificial blood vessels

摘要 对近年来关于中医药在构建组织工程人工血管方面的实验研究进行总结,中医药在组织工程血管的内皮化、人工血管腔内预衬改性、血管种子细胞的干预调控、保护改善血管内皮细胞,防止人工血管的血栓形成、内膜增生以及血管新生方面都具有重要的应用,为临床治疗提供依据。 This article reviews the experimental researches on Chinese medicine in tissue engineering for artificial blood vessels in recent years.Chinese medicine plays an important role in the following areas,such as endothelium of blood vessels in tissue engineering,modification of pre-lining in artificial blood vessels,regulation of vascular seed cells,protection and improvement of vascular endothelial cells,angiogenesis,to prevent thrombosis in artificial blood vessels and and endometrial hyperplasia.Those help clinical treatments.
