摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,世界主要国家纷纷建立了体育仲裁机构,但我国至今尚未建立体育仲裁机构。通过文献资料法、比较研究法,首先考察了世界主要国家的体育仲裁机构的建设情况,然后提出构建我国体育仲裁机构的具体设想。
The main countries all over the world except China have established their own sports arbitration institution one after another since 1980s. This article first analyzes the construction of sports arbitration institution of main countries in the world by using the methods of literature and comparative research, and then puts forward the concrete views ofhowto set up the sports arbitration organ in our country.
