摘要
目的探讨对二甲基亚砜(DMSO)进行细菌内毒素定量检测的方法。方法按照2005年版《中国药典》附录中的"细菌内毒素动态浊度法",制定DMSO供试品内毒素的限值,通过干扰试验确定供试品的稀释浓度,并建立标准曲线对供试品的细菌内毒素进行定量检测。结果供试品稀释浓度0.1249EU/ml,对内毒素检查无干扰,同时内毒素回收率为50%～200%。结论防冻剂DMSO可采用动态浊度法进行细菌内毒素定量检测。
Objective To explore the quantitative detection method of bacterial endotoxin contained in DMSO.Methods According to bacterial endotoxin kinetic turbidimetry introduced in ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ of 2005 edition,limit value of tested DMSO was made and its dilution was determined by interfering test.Standard curve was established to determine endotoxin concentration.Results Dilution of 0.124 9 EU/ml had no interference to endotoxin testing.The recovery of endotoxin was between 50% to 200%.Conclusion Endotoxin contianed in cryoprotectant DMSO can be quantitative detected by kinetic turbidimetry.
