摘要
目的:探讨奈替米星葡萄糖氯化钠注射液细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法:根据《中国药典》2000版细菌内毒素检查法,用两个厂家的鲎试剂(λ=0.25EU/ml)进行供试品预试验和确证试验建立内毒素检测方法。结果:奈葡钠注射液对本检查法无干扰作用,用灵敏度为0.25EU/ml鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素的方法可行、有效。结论:本方法可用于奈葡钠注射液内毒素的检测。
Objective: To establish bacteria endotoxin test for monitoring pyrogen in netilmicin sulfate of glucose and sodium chloride injection(NGS). Methods: According to bacteria endotoxin test and eliminated interfer factors test approved by Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition. Results: The test showed that agglutination with TAL (λ = 0.25 EU/ml) was not disturbed by NGS. Coclusion: The bacteria endotoxin test can be used to monitor pyrogen in NGS.
