摘要
建立了葡萄糖酸依诺沙星注射液细菌内毒素检查法。采用2个厂家的鲎试剂对葡萄糖酸依诺沙星注射液进行干扰试验,结果表明注射液样品稀释16倍即可消除干扰。
The bacterial endotoxin inspection of enoxacin gluconate injection was discussed. The interfering action of enoxacin gluconate and limulus lysate agent from two manufacturers was investigated. The results showed that there was no interference when the sample was diluted 16 times.
