摘要
蜡模制作是精密铸造中重要的一个环节,其精度要求决定铸件的质量好坏.影响其精度的关键是蜡模的成分,本文介绍一种利用石蜡不溶于乙醇、松香溶于乙醇而硬脂酸溶于热乙醇的特性,利用硬脂酸和松香酸摩尔质量的不同求得硬脂酸和松香含量的蜡模成分之分析方法.
Wax mold production is an important part in precision casting,and their required precision decides the quality of castings.The key factors which affect its accuracy is the element of the wax.This paper introduces a analysis method which uses the different molar mass of stearic acid and rosin acid to obtain the content of stearic acid and rosin in wax mold.And the method just uses these properties which paraffin is not soluble in ethanol,rosin dissolved in alcohol and stearic acid dissolved in hot ethanol.
