EFFECT OF N/Al RATIO ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF A508 3 STEEL FOR NUCLEAR REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL

摘要 研究了核电站压力容器用A508-3钢的酸溶氮与酸溶铝的不同比值(N/Al)对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,N/Al比值增大,钢的塑性提高,但强度变化不大。韧脆转变温度(FATT)和无塑性转变温度(NDTT)降低。当N/Al比值为0.33~0.54时,FATT和NDTT明显降低;当N/Al比值为0.54~0.81时,FATT和NDTT基本不变。显微组织分析结果表明,随N/Al比值的增大,晶粒细化;贝氏体铁素体板条束尺寸和碳化物颗粒直径减小,碳化物弥散度增大。 The effect of the acid soluble nitrogen/acid soluble aluminum ratio on the microstructure and properties of A508 3 steel for nuclear reactor pressure vessel has been investigated The experimental results show that the strength of the steel little changes as N/Al ratio increases,whereas the ductility increases and the FATT and NDTT decrease The FATT and NDTT decrease more obviously as N/Al ratio varies from 0 33 to 0 54,when N/Al ratio are 0 54 and 0 81 the FATT and NDTT not change The microstructure shows that as N/Al ratio increasing the grain refines,the size of bainite ferrite plates and the average diameter of carbides decrease,the carbides become more disperisive
