摘要
目的观察顺铂联合放疗治疗子宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法 2002年1月～2008年1月65例宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组31例和观察组34例,对照组采用单纯放疗治疗,观察组采用顺铂联合放疗治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的3年生存率明显高于对照组,而局部复发率及远处转移率均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺铂联合放疗子宫颈癌能够明显提高患者的近期及远期疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of cisplatin combined with radiotherapy in treatment with cervical cancer.Methods From January 2002 to January 2008,65 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly classified into control group with 31 cases and observation group with 31 cases.Control group was only treated with radiotherapy and observation group was treated with cisplatin combined with radiotherapy.The curative effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.The 3 years survival rate in observation group was significantly more than that in control group（P0.05）but local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate in observation group was significantly less than those in control group（P0.05）.The adverse effect rate in observation group was significantly more than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Cisplatin combined with radiotherapy in treatment with cervical cancer can improve the near and prostecdtive efficacy.
