摘要
该研究采用领导品德问卷、工作倦怠问卷、组织公民行为问卷、自我效能感问卷和工作绩效问卷对309名处级党政干部进行施测,探讨处级党政干部领导品德、工作倦怠、组织公民行为、自我效能感和工作绩效的关系。结果表明:(1)领导品德、组织公民行为、自我效能感与工作绩效正相关,工作倦怠与工作绩效负相关;(2)组织公民行为、工作倦怠、自我效能感能够中介领导品德对于工作绩效的作用。
To explore the relationship of middle-ranking Party and Governmental Cadres' leadership morality, job burnout, organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, job performance. The Leadership Morality Questionnaire, the Job Burnout Inventory, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, the Self- efficacy Questionnaire, the Job Performance Questionnaire were administered to 375 middle-ranking Party and Governmental Cadres. The results show that (1) the party and governmental cadres' leadership morality, organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy positively correlated with job performance, job burnout negatively correlated with job performance; (2) organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, job burnout mediated the relationship of leadership morality and job performance.
