氯沙坦与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病心房纤颤 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨氯沙坦与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病心房纤颤的临床疗效。方法将60例冠心病心房纤颤患者分为观察组38例及对照组22例,观察组采用氯沙坦与阿托伐他汀联合治疗,对照组采用氯沙坦治疗,比较治疗前及治疗后6个月两组患者每月阵发性心房纤颤发作频率及发作时间。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病心房纤颤可以减少心房纤颤发作,值得临床推广适用。
