摘要
介绍了混合办公废纸分散时油墨调料粒子研细的分析。对所有的试验,调料粒子数在所有大于0.02mm2粒子范围内都下降了。在高浓下研细粒子的效果最大,所用力的大小显著的影响着粒子的研磨。在比边界负荷0.1W.s/m时用条形板研磨粒子降级最大,但用锥形研磨时的影响最小,这是由于锥形元件间缝宽范围不同的缘故。
The analyses of ink-toner particle comminution in MOW dispersion were introduced in this paper. For all tests, the number of toner particles decreased in all size categories greater than 0.02mm2. Particle comminution was most efficient when carried out at higher consistencies, the magnitude of the applied force affected particle comminution significantly, with a SEL of 0.1 W·s/m giving maximum particle size reduction with the barred plates. Comminution with the pyramidal plate was less efficient due to the rang of gap widths between the pyramidal elements.
