锥形磨浆机磨盘间隙对磨浆性能的影响

The effece of disc gap of conical refiner on refining performance

摘要 锥形磨浆机磨盘间隙对磨浆温度、比能耗和纸浆质量有十分重要的影响。通过实验可以找到优化的磨盘间隙使磨浆性能处于最优值。 Different disc gaps of conical refiner have dramatic influence on refining temperature, spe-cific energy consumption and pulp quality. By trails we learned that there is an optimum disc gap for refining performance.
