呼吸病区2003~2008年抗菌药物使用量与铜绿假单胞菌耐药相关性的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨2003~2008年呼吸病区抗菌药物使用与铜绿假单胞菌(PA)耐药水平变化之间的关系。方法计算10种抗菌药物平均每日每百张床位所消耗的DDDs及同期PA的耐药率,并对抗菌药物用量与耐药率进行相关性分析。结果头孢他啶及头孢哌酮/舒巴坦DDDs分别与铜绿假单胞菌对哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南、环丙沙星、阿米卡星耐药率的相关性有统计学意义,其他组数据无统计学意义。结论呼吸病区头孢他啶及头孢哌酮/舒巴坦DDD s的使用量与PA耐药率有统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between administration of anti-bacterial agents and resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) in the respiratory unit. Methods The defined daily doses(DDD) /day/100 bed of the 10 kinds of anti-bacterial was calculated;and the resistance rate of PA at that period was collected;and their correlation was analyzed.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the consumption of ceftazidime cefoperazone-Sulbactam and the resistance rate of PA of ceftazidime,cefoperazone-sulbactam,imipenem,ciprofloxacin,and amikacin.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the consumption of anti-bacterial agents and resistance rate of PA in the respiratory unit.
