摘要
简述了我国现阶段低空空域结构,通过研究美国的空域结构和使用情况,分析了我国低空空域在通信、导航和监视方面的实际需求,并从如何有效进行飞行保障建设的角度出发,对我国低空空域的结构调整和划设提出了设想。
This article describes the structure of low altitude airspace in our country. By studying the utilization status and structure of low altitude airspace in U. S. , this article analyses practical requirements on communication, navigation and surveillance in low altitude airspace of our country. Therefore, it proposes a scheme of the restructuring and planning of low altitude airspace of our country in terms of performing the construction of flight support effectively.
