自制微波化学反应器(MCR)的调试和试用 被引量:3

摘要 微波可以显著地提高某些化学反应的速度。但其作用机理尚不清楚。为进行微波能量对阿仑尼乌斯方程中指前因子影响的研究,要求微波化学反应器(MCR)具有下列性能:(1)功率连续可调;(2)可以调节在不同水平的恒定功率下(不是平均功率)工作;(3)可以在恒温模式下工作;(4)具有数显转速调速的搅拌器;(5)微波泄漏<1 mW/cm2。为此,按以上要求对家用微波炉进行改造;改造后的MCR满足以上各项要求,已用于对阿氏方程中指前因子影响的研究得到满意的效果。 The rate of some chemical reactions may be increased significantly by microwave radiation,but the mechanism is not well known.In order to study the effect of microwave on the Arrhenius pre-exponential factor,the MCR should have the following capabilities: (1) continuous adjustable output power;(2) constant microwave power supply(not the average power) with different levels,(3) constant temperature regulator with different levels,(4) mechanical stirrer with adjustable revs.and digital counter;(5) microwave leakage less than 1 mW/cm^2.According to the above demands alternation of the commercial family microwave oven was carried out.After remaking,all the demands were achieved.The remaked MCR was used in the study on the Arrhenius pre-exponential factor and the results were satisfactory.
