摘要
叙述了世界工业发达国家由石油消费和汽车工业飞速发展带来的环境问题。提出了我国应吸取教训，处理好石油消耗、汽车发展和环境的关系。
The environmental problem in world's developed countries caused by the oil consumption and fast development of autombile industry is described.The paper pints out that our contry must draw a lesson,and correctly handle the relationship of oil consumption,automobile development and evironment.
