摘要
采用超声波辅助,对黄连木籽油和甲醇在催化剂(KOH)作用下,制备生物柴油的方法和工艺进行研究,确定最佳方法和工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为超声波时间65 m in,催化剂用量0.8%,油醇物质的量比1∶6,在此条件下反应转化率达到93.56%。与水浴加热相比,反应时间短、催化剂用量少,耗能少。
In this paper,we introduces how to make biodiesel fuel from pistacia chinens assistant bge seed oil and methanol with catalyzing of postassium hydroxide by transesterification.The results show that the optimum process conditions were as follows:ultrasonic time 65 min,0.8% with catalyst,1∶6 of oil-alcohol ratio,under these conditions,the biodiesel conversion rate was up to 93.56%.Compared with the traditional water heating reaction,using ultrasonic heating to produce biodiesel can shorten reaction time and reduce catalyst amount and energy consumption.
