摘要
研究了利用碱性催化剂催化食用大豆油转酯化反应生产生物柴油的工艺过程。详细研究了甲醇浓度、催化剂浓度、反应时间、温度、搅拌强度对生物柴油产率的影响 ,并对产物的成分进行了分析。结果表明 ,反应温度 5 0~ 6 0℃ ,碱性催化剂浓度为 1 0 % (wt% ) ,油醇的摩尔比为 1∶6 ,反应时间约 2 0min ,搅拌强度尽量 6 0 0r/min以上 ,反应的转化率最高可达到 93%。
Bean oil was used in transesterification reaction in order to produce biodiesel. The effects of the methanol concentration, catalyzer concentration, reaction time, temperature, dash strength were studied and the components of product were analyzed. The results show that the transesterification degree under the optimal parameters and process can reach 93%.
