摘要
本文在简要回顾金融危机对银行业影响的基础上,通过对金融危机产生根源的各种观点进行评述,提出了应基于更微观层面的公司治理视角来研究危机爆发原因的观点。在此基础上,本文系统考察了金融危机暴露出的银行业公司治理中存在的缺陷。最后结合金融危机的经验教训及中国实际提出了有针对性地加强银行业公司治理机制建设的几点建议。
The article briefly reviews on the effect of financial crisis on the banking industry,comments on different viewpoints on the cause of financial crisis,and argues that the study on the cause of financial crisis should focus on the micro perspective such as corporate governance.On this basis,the article examines the defects of corporate governance of the banking industry that was exposed in the recent financial crisis.Finally,the article proposes some suggestions on improving the corporate governance mechanism of the banking industry.
