摘要
针对当前人们对政府干预房地产的质疑,从我国房地产现状出发分析其干预的必要性,并从影响供给和需求两方面入手分析了政府干预房地产的具体方式,最后基于时间一致性理论和社会公平理论分析其政策的有效性。
In view of the current doubt of government intervention in real estate,this paper analyzes the necessity of government intervention according to the current state in Chinese real estate market. By analyzing factors which affect supply and demand,this paper also studies the intervention manner. Based on the time consistency theory and social equity theory,this paper finally analyzes the effectiveness of government policies towards Chinese real estate market.
