摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定人发样品中砷的含量。样品经硝酸-高氯酸(10+1)混合酸消解,以盐酸(5+95)溶液为反应介质,20 g.L-1硼氢化钾-5 g.L-1氢氧化钾的混合溶液为还原剂。对测定的影响因素:仪器的负高压、灯电流、载气和屏蔽气的流量;预还原剂的浓度,共存离子的干扰等试验条件作了研究并予以优化。方法的检出限(3s)为0.006 0μg.g-1。应用此法对标准物质(GBW 07601)进行分析,测定值与标准值相一致。
HG-AFS was applied to the determination of arsenic in human hair. Sample was digested with mixture of HNO3 and HC104 (10-1-1), and determined in a medium of HC1(5-1-95) solution using the mixed solution of 20 g·L^-1 KBH4 and 5g·L^-1 KOH as reducing reagent. Influential factors, including negative high-voltage, lamp current, the flow-rates of carrier gas and shielding gas, concentration of pre-reduction agent, and interferences of coexisting ions were studied and optimized. Detection limit (3s) of the method found was 0. 006 0 ug·g^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a standard reference material (GBW 07601), giving results in consistency with standard values.
