摘要 目的:观察骨骼肌神经切断后的形态学动态变化,特别是较长时间失神经肌肉有无退变及再生。方法:以纯系BALB/C小鼠为实验动物,切断一侧坐骨神经,术后1、2、4、8、12和16周分别取腓肠肌进行光电镜观察。结果:失神经早期主要为肌纤维萎缩,随后退变、再生,较长时间失神经以后再生的肌细胞再发生退变。长时间失神经肌肉光镜下见成堆的细胞核,似大量的增生的纤维结缔组织取代肌组织,电镜下可见到含有不成熟肌原纤维、胞核位于中央的不成熟肌细胞。结论:失神经后肌细胞退变和再生同时存在,由于无神经支配,再生的肌细胞不能分化发育为成熟的肌纤维,而再发生退变。长时间失神经后,最终可能使肌卫星细胞或其它成肌细胞不断消耗。 Objective: To investigate the morphological feature of degeneration and regeneration of skeletal muscle after denervation. Methods:Denervation was carried out in gastrocnemius muscles in 30 adult BALB/C mice by cutting the sciatic nerve. The denervated gastrocnemius muscles were removed 1,2,4,8,12 and 16 weeks respectively after denervation. Specimens were Processed for histological study with light microscope and TEM. Results:Musclc fiber atrophy followed by degeneration and regeneration was observed in the early period of denervation. Fusion of the regenerated muscle cells with each another followed by degeneration of the cells and growth of fibroconnnective tissue were observed in the later stage. Conclusion:Degeneration and regeneration may coexist in the denervated muscles. The regenerated musle cells can not fully develop due to the deficit of nerve regulation and degenerate again. As a result, muscle cells may be replaced by fibro connective tissue.
