摘要
细菌纤维素是一种天然的生物高分子材料。作为组织工程支架材料,细菌纤维素在人工软骨、人工血管、人工皮肤等领域的应用逐渐受到研究者的重视。本文分别进行亚急性毒性实验,细胞毒性实验及电镜实验评价细菌纤维素的生物相容性。结果表明,细菌纤维素具有良好的生物相容性,是一种很有前景的医用生物材料。
Bacterial cellulose(BC)is a natural bio-polymerized material.As tissue engineering scaffolds,BC gradually were taken seriously by researchers on artificial cartilage,artificial blood vessel and artificial skin,etc.The subacute systemic toxicity and cytotoxicity of BC were studied for biocompatibility and biological safety evaluation.Transmitting electron microscopy and light microscopy were used in this study.The results indicated that BC have excellent biocompatibility,and will be a prospected safe biomedical material.
