摘要
目的为了探讨降低APF泡沫中氛浓度的可能性,本文研究了五种氟浓度的APF泡沫对半牙正常釉质的抗龋作用。方法实验组分别用1000ppm、2500ppm、5000ppm、10000ppm和12300ppm氟浓度的APF泡沫处理正常牛切牙釉面后,放入酸胶中,做人工龋试验,比较其病变深度和脱矿程度上的差别。结果仍光显微镜、显微X线及计算机灰度分析一致表明,在本实验条件下随着氟浓度的增加,正常釉质的抗龋能力呈梯度增强,5000PPP泡沫的抗纪效果居中;同时,釉面种蚀程度也随之加重。结论高氟低pH的APF泡沫对釉质的作用具有两面性。
Objective To investigate the possibility of decreasing the fluoride concentration in APF foam. MethodsThe cariogenicity of sound enamel treated with five different fluoride foam was compared. The concentration of fluoridein APF foam as follows: 1000ppm, 2500ppm, 5000ppm, 10000ppm and 12300ppm. Results With the fluorideconcentration elevated, the anticaries effecacy of sound enamel enhanced gradually, and the anticaries effecacy of 5000ppmfoam was medium. At the same time, the erosion of surface enamel was serious by degrees. Conclusion The APF foamwith high flouride concentration and low pH is dual character.
