摘要
目的本实验评估体外脱矿环境中氟保护漆对覆盖义齿基牙的防龋作用,为临床预防覆盖义齿基牙龋坏提供参考。方法选择因正畸需要拔除的无龋前磨牙8颗,从釉牙本质界处横切开,取牙本质模拟覆盖义齿的基牙预备后,将牙齿按颊舌向纵剖为二,在标本牙合面上预备出面积为1mm×4mm的牙本质块作为实验区,其余部分涂布无色透明指甲油。标本随机分成4组0.1%氟保护漆组,0.60%氟化泡沫组,1.23%氟化泡沫组,空白对照组。氟保护漆组用对应浓度的氟漆涂布两层,氟化泡沫组用对应浓度的氟化泡沫处理4min,空白对照组用去离子水处理4min。将已处理的牙齿标本分别浸泡于8mL0.1mol/L的人工龋蚀液中,分别在第1、3、6、12、24、48、72、168h各吸取1mL液体,检测龋蚀液中Ca2+浓度值,计算出每组在各时间点牙本质钙溶出的总量。结果氟制剂组抑制钙溶出效果明显优于空白对照组,氟保护漆组优于氟化泡沫组,氟化泡沫组之间无显著性差异。结论0.1%氟保护漆抑制牙本质脱钙作用显著。
Objective:To assess the efficacy of fluoride varnish a Flour Protector in protecting overdenture abutments from demineralization in an in vitro environment. Methods:Eight caries-free, extracted teeth were sectioned and domed immediately below the cementoenamel junction, simulating overdenture abutment preparations. Acid resistant nail varnish was paint on all surfaces except for a window (1 mm×4 mm) on the prepared occlusal dent in surfaces. Teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups of 4 specimens: 0.1% fluoride varnish, treated with 0.1% fluoride varnish; 0.60% Fluoridated Foam treated with 0.60% Fluoridated Foam; 1.23% Flouridated Foam treated with 1.23% Flouridated Foam; control, washed with distilled water. All these teeth of 4 groups were placed in the artificial caries gels(0.1 M lactic acid ,pH=4.0) at 37 ℃ for 7 days. All the disposed samples were dipped in 8 mL 0.1 mol/L lactic acid solutions respectively. And begin reckon by time. For 1st, 3rd, 6th, 12th, 24th, 48th, 72nd, 168th. 1 mL lactic acid solution was drawn respectively to measure the concentrations of Ca^2+ in the demineralization solution and work out the total volume of Ca^2+ dissolved from the enamel of teeth at different time format of each group. Results: All these fluoride products decreased the amount of dentin decalcification significantly (P〈0.05), with a sequence of fluoride varnish, Fluoridated Foam, Control group from the lowest amount to the highest amount of mineral losses of caries lesion.No significant difference between Fluoridated Foam groups. Conclusion. O. 1% Flour Protector is a kind of slow-release products for fluoride can significantly resist the acids and decalcification.
