摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出了纳米Al2O3/SiO2室温磷光材料,通过优化试验条件,确定铝硅摩尔比为0.20,煅烧温度为600℃,煅烧时间为2h条件下制备出的材料的发光性质最好,粒径为大约50 nm。该纳米Al2O3/SiO室温磷光材料的最大激发波长为406nm,最大发射波长为537nm,磷光寿命为0.53s。
An Al2O3/SiO2 composite which can emit high broadband room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP) was prepared by sol-gel method.The effect of molar ratio of Al/Si,the calcination temperature and the calcination time had been studied.The results showed that the molar ratio of Al/Si of 0.20,the calcination temperature of 600 ℃ and the calcination time of 2 h were the optimum conditions for the fabrication of RTP Al2O3/SiO2 composite.The size of the composite was ca.50 nm.Meanwhile,the maximum excitation wavelength and the maximum emission wavelength of the Al2O3/SiO2 composite were 406 nm and 537 nm,respectively.In addition,the phosphorescence lifetime of the Al2O3/SiO2 composite was 0.53 s.
