摘要
采用纳米Al2O3粒子填充聚偏氟乙烯六氟丙烯(P(VDFHFP))共聚物基体,并用相转化法制备了具有微孔结构的复合聚合物膜。当Al2O3在聚合物膜中的填充质量分数为6%时,复合聚合物膜的孔隙度比未加纳米Al2O3的聚合物多孔膜增加40%以上,凝胶型复合聚合物电解质的离子电导率达到147×10-3S/cm,此时,Li+离子迁移数为072。使用交流阻抗方法测试了聚合物电解质在加入纳米Al2O3前后与Li电极表面的界面性质。
A kind of composite P(VDF HFP) based polymer films with miro porous structure, which were filled with various amounts of Al 2 O 3 nanoparticles, were prepared by a phase inversion technology. The porosity of the composite polymer films filled with 6%(mass fraction) Al 2O 3 nanoparticles is 40% higher than that of the polymer films without Al 2O 3 nanoparticles.
