摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子β刺激基因22(TGF beta-stimulated clone 22,TSC22)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)分子病理机制中的作用方法采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,检测24例口腔扁平苔藓组织,12例正常口腔黏膜组织中TSC22mRNA的表达水平。结果 TSC22mRNA在口腔扁平苔藓病变组织中的表达水平低于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.001)。结论 TSC22的异常表达在OLP的发病机制中起到重要作用。 Objective To explore the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus ( OLP) by examining the expression of TGF beta-stimulated clone 22 in OLP.Methods We determined the expression levels of TGF beta-stimulated clone 22 in 24 OLP tissues and 12 normal oral mucosa tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results The expression of TGF beta-stimulated clone 22 in OLP was lower than that in normal oral mucosa(P〈0.001) .Conclusion The abnormal expression of TGF beta-stimulated clone 22 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus.
